First, I want to say I apologize for being absent from my writing. I have been traveling since December 16th and struggling with entry into Russia from various locations. Because there are limited entry points, these locations, Budapest, Belgrade, and Istanbul, are all very busy with most flights being full except for the very expensive Business Class seats. The last two times we went through Tallin, Estonia. But with the Russian check point creating delays and long lines due to being remodeled, and Estonia being a hostile player, we chose a different route through Budapest. Without getting into the details, we made it to Moscow on December 20th and new challenges arose, trying to access Facebook, X (Twitter), Truth Social, and YouTube. These have been blocked in Russia, including my Proton mail Account and my bank information. Lots of fun. I have limited access through my cell phone I kept open, except for bank transactions online. Fortunately, I have access to my Substack. Plus, we caught something that kept us down for another approximate 5 days after settling in.
Now, to my thoughts on current events.
We almost made it through the new year without any major problems, then the simultaneous attacks occurred with exploding “cyber trucks” put out by Tesla, owned by Elon Musk. One was in Las Vegas and the other in New Orleans. It is no coincidence that they both happened in front of a Trump Tower and with an expensive vehicle manufactured by Elon Musk. This was a clear message towards MAGA and the expressed policies of the new Trump administration. I say this despite the statement made by law enforcement in Las Vegas saying they didn’t see any connection to the two incidents or with ISIS. Then Senator Kennedy of Louisiana made the guarded statement that didn’t blame any group or make a connection and placed all investigatory authority on the federal government.
The Suspect, Shamsud-Din Jabbar, in the New Orleans attack was an “American” with approximately 10 years in the US Army. However, he was an Islamic man reported to have “waived the ISIS flag” while driving the truck. This is all from reports gathered from news sources all over the internet. Now, is there any question as to this being a “terrorist attack”? I don’t think so. Is there a question as to if these two incidents are related? I don’t think there is any question and am tired of the gas lighting or open fear of “authorities” in law enforcement and our legislature. I understand not wanting to harm any investigations. But shying away from at least stating the obvious identical methodology, chosen locations, timing, and rarity of the vehicles used gives an appearance of a connection is not harming an investigation, only making thousands of people with a mind, eyes and reasoning skills suspect of the intentions of LE and other authorities. They can at least say they are investigating this possibility and would be much less condescending than their denial of the obvious.
My readers have a plethora of information on the actual attacks and details are constantly coming out. I will focus my thoughts on our government and many in society appearing to have constitutional denial on authority and the dangers of doing things the way we are.
First, we all know the problem here, that being the lack of state controls over our immigration authority, as I have previously addressed numerous times. The states are sovereign independent nations that have never given up our right to control who and when comes into our states from outside the country. We never gave up the right to secure our borders from dangers. We gave the federal government, congress, the duty to establish a standardized system of naturalization, how to become a citizen, Article I, Section 8, Clause 4. Article 4, we created as agreements among the states. We delegated some things as an example, like establishing a system as to how to admit new states and sharing information between states on criminal history of our citizens. We agreed between us that we will comply with extradition, etc. Then we also said that “The United States” shall guarantee each state; each of us, a Republican form of government and defend each from invasion. These are our agreements and also includes that congress shall “guarantee”, which is nothing more than a guarantee on their level that we will be a representative form of government. This does not convey additional power to congress or the executive, only insist they shall guarantee this in their duties. The states have the duty to defend each from invasion as does the federal government. Read federalist by Madison on this as well. How can we claim sovereignty and give up our independence to defend ourselves from outside threats? Read my previous articles for more specifics. Article I, section 10, prohibition on the states says the states can defend themselves when actually invaded or if a delay would cause harm. It prohibits us from declaring war.
The other threat to our liberty is the lack of state and local exercise over our authority concerning criminal investigations and giving it up to unconstitutional federal organizations with no authority granted in the constitution. This too I have addressed with specifics in the past. Yes, the federal government has the authority and duty to protect the states from foreign danger, but this is not an authority within a state, but from outside. Once inside, like these attacks in Las Vegas and New Orleans, the states must conduct and have the authority to run investigations, gather intelligence from federal authority needed to conduct state investigations and each state should share, coordinate and assist other states in joint investigative and suppressive efforts in our in-border defense and protections. This is the authority of each state, not to allow illegitimate organizations to control us and our investigations. The federal government is to continue to conduct their mission on foreign threats and inform states while acting against these foreign threats where they occur overseas. Instead, we have federal and state agencies all telling us we are inferior to federal authority, step aside, don’t get in the way and depend on us for everything like good little children. Why do people believe this? Especially when everyone is angry about the proven and documented lies from the unconstitutional FBI, HLS and basically the entire federal government? Why is President Trump continuing to state numerous actions he has no constitutional authority to do and should not do? Read Article 2, Section 2 of the US Constitution. These are specific limited authorities granted and nothing outside of this can he nor should he do. This is for our liberty and our protection! What do you think the constitution is for? Everything I have said you can verify by reading Article I, Section 8, and Federalist, I believe, 41-43 by Madison. Then read also, Federalist 46. This is beautiful concerning ultimate authority.
We have gone so far outside our constitutional form of government; everyone seems to believe the president and federal government are our masters and the states are one big country with no sovereignty of their own. Is it any wonder we are so close to a socialist society with no state or local authority of their own? What is next, throw away and dismiss our state constitutions? We might as well. We have given up everything to one distant and all-powerful government like the one we fought after our Declaration of Independence in 1776. Our founding fathers must be crying as they see what we have done. It appears the globalist, the unelected bureaucrats in our federal agencies and corporations, are winning at a fast pace now.
I hope there is enough of us that realize the truth of our destruction and come together and work hand in hand to put the brakes on all this. Our state legislators are the poorest intellectually I have worked with the last 15 years. They have sold out any independent thought and rational reasoning in order to maintain their position in office. This is exactly what our founding fathers feared would happen; the people have become so complacent in a participatory form of government that we have allowed the sheep to become a growing majority, and we are dying from within.
