Radical leftists attack others for relevancy

You know you are doing something right when an organization is attacked for supporting traditional family values; a two-parent family of opposite sexes raising children, supporting a government that believes in equality for all, not a select few, and believing in the fact that our US Constitution is a contract between states, creating a general government that is limited in authority and with defined powers that cannot be violated.   I read a purported investigative article from Tucson and had to reply.  I ask that you read it to.

Apparently, based on the expressed opinions of far-left radical organizations like the Brennan Center for Justice, (funded by George Soros) and Sheriff Chris Nanos of Pima County, our constitutions are “Far Right” and is misinformation that they believe harms public trust in law enforcement.  Sheriff Nanos stated: “We have a lot of sheriffs in this state that need to rethink their positions, I think, in terms of ideologues.”  What about the constitution, which he took an oath to support and defend, does he view as an ideology and not our supreme law he is bound to uphold?  What exactly is it that former FBI special agent Michael German, who is now a fellow with the Brennan Center for Justice, believe they should be supporting other than our constitutions?  And I would like to hear his argument justifying the existence of the FBI. Further, I believe we need look no further than the out-of-control violation of civil rights by the FBI to see what happens when you fail to follow our constitution and appoint radical leftist to positions of power.   Apparently again, it is easier for the author of the article from the Arizona Center for Investigative Reporting, Isaac Stone, to pick and choose the comments and complaints that best fit his uniformed and ideological opinion piece while claiming to be an “investigative reporter.”  You will see he presents results from a survey further down the article that shows significant support for following our constitutions and not being a puppet for the power-hungry Marxist left fighting for survival.

The constitution is our law and everyone that takes the oath is bound to the law, not ideologies as Mr. Stone and Sheriff Nanos would like everyone to believe.  The position of the sheriff is being attacked because the radical left sees this office as a threat to their power and control.  Sheriff Nanos is a liberal Democrat that falsely took the oath with no intentions of following it. I doubt he is even knowledgeable of its contents.  If we had a society that understood our constitution, people like Sheriff Nanos would not be in office.  Further, he would be removed because he is rebelling against the constitution by not supporting it.  This is under the 14th amendment, the "Shall not Serve", Clause #3.  And one last fact for these people.  The oath of office is an individual oath, which makes if mandatory on the individual to understand and operate under the constitution. This is so we don’t have a repeat of Nazi Germany, and our purpose for the revolutionary war.  Each sheriff is to follow constitutional laws and nothing more. 

Further, the ideological opinion of the radical socialist group the Sothern Poverty Law Center is that law enforcement and sheriffs are not free to uphold their personal oath of office and must follow whatever law the state makes.  This is completely wrong, but because they have all the money and financial backing of people like George Soros, they get away with

“misinformation.”  If anyone is going to cast serious unsubstantiated claims that CSPOA is affiliated with white supremacists, at least list your facts to support them.  Investigative reporting by nature requires this.  We have been fighting for all Americans and we do not divide us by race, like they do.  This is their weapon, not ours.  We see Americans, all people, as family under God, not race.  This is what offends you most, I believe.  

I am just a retired senior deputy probation officer, so what do I know?  How about Sheriff Nanos, Michael German of the Brennan Center for Justice, a representative from the Southern Poverty Law Center and Isaac Stone, please come to phoenix Arizona and have a public debate with me on their position against our constitutions?  I’m sure the people would enjoy hearing you state publicly your knowledge and understanding of our constitutions that support your positions.

Speaking of the Southern Poverty Law Center, the radical left organization, Tom Jurgens, a “Staff Attorney” for SPLC, was arrested for domestic terrorism because of his alleged participation in the assault on the Atlanta Public Safety Training Center.  It was described as a coordinated attack.  Kind of like their attacks on “conservative groups” labeling them as “domestic terrorists.”   At CSPOA, we always hold true to; let the trial present the facts “innocent until proven guilty.”
